§ 10.20.010. Speed limit for operation in city.

  • It is unlawful for any locomotive engineer or any other member of a train crew, or any person driving, operating or controlling the speed of any engine or locomotive operated upon a railroad, or upon a track constructed of rails, or controlling the speed of any freight car, passenger car, train, or any part thereof, or any switch engine, operated upon such track or rails, to operate the same within the city at a rate of speed greater than twenty-five (25) miles an hour.
