§ 11.04.100. Weapons—Discharge prohibited—Exception.

It is unlawful for any person to shoot any gun, pistol or firearm of any kind, or any air gun or pellet gun, within the city, except for peace officers in the discharge of their duties, and the military at a funeral in honor of the dead, those with permits for Turkey Shoots, licensed firing ranges, in defense of person or property, and theatrical productions using blanks.
