§ 2.20.050. Execution of judgments.

Latest version.

Final judgments in all cases of forfeitures shall be enforced by execution issued or cause to be issued by the clerk, bearing teste in the name of the presiding officer of the court, and shall be in favor of the city, and against the principal and his sureties on the bond, which execution shall be turned over to the police for levy and sale.
