§ 5.04.030. Sidewalks—Construction to conform to grade—Encroachment on sidewalks with structures.

A.

It is unlawful for any person to grade, or otherwise work or construct a sidewalk within the city, unless such repair or construction is made according to a street-level survey, a diagram of which survey shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk, for public inspection.

B.

It is unlawful for any person to encroach upon sidewalks with fences or other structures, without special permission from the mayor and council.
